Supports the mission of Trinity and Holy Cross Hospital. As delegated by a licensed nurse, performs essential duties appropriate to role while assisting with basic to complex patient care needs. Participates in direct one-to-one patient observation to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Assists delegated care team in keeping detailed records, clear communication and working with patients and families. **Minimum Qualifications:** Currently enrolled in high school, in process of completing GED or has obtained high school diploma or GED. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
