Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities

Job Summary:

Colonial Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading healthcare provider in Colonial Heights, VA, is seeking qualified and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at our center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents, helping them regain and maintain their independence, and making a positive impact on their lives every day.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care to residents according to their plan of care

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed

Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely

Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the nurse

Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents

Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident

Requirements:

Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
