Job Title: Certified Nurse Midwife

What You'll Champion:

Provide full-scope nurse-midwifery care, including outpatient women's health services, prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and newborn support. Maintain a balanced schedule with 24 outpatient clinic hours per week and one 12-hour inpatient shift per week at WellSpan York Hospital. Join a large, collaborative team of 17 experienced providers delivering an average of 250 births per month at a high-volume community hospital. Work closely with an integrated OB/GYN care team to deliver comprehensive, team-based women's health services. Participate actively in patient education, prenatal and postpartum visits, labor management, and shared decision-making. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with WellSpan's clinical standards and commitment to exceptional outcomes.
