We are currently seeking a board certified/board-eligible Nurse-Midwife to join our team in Gettysburg, PA. **What you can expect at your practice:** + Join our team as a Certified Nurse Midwife - open to both new graduates and experienced professionals + Enjoy a flexible schedule that combines 24-hour call shifts at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital with outpatient practice hours, with some weeks spent working 40 hours in the office, Monday-Friday + Provide individualized, full-scope midwifery care to women across their lifespan, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health + Work autonomously with the support of physician partners to care for OB/GYN patients + Deliver babies as part of a busy practice, averaging 24-27 deliveries per month, with physician backup available for C-sections and high-risk cases + Manage low-risk deliveries, with the opportunity to deliver 100% of babies unless C-sections or high-risk cases are involved, and with physician support always available. **Our Total Rewards package includes:** + APP Professional Development Fund + Fees and dues renewal reimbursement + ThriveAP Program + Relocation reimbursement **A place to call home:** WellSpan is conveniently situated within a short drive of major cities like Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C., WellSpan Health's service area is made up of a diverse mix of welcoming communities that you will love to call home.
