What We Offer + Schedule: 7P-7A, full-time (36 hours), night shift, every third weekend & holiday rotation required. This unit self-schedules. + Department: Family Care Unit (Mother/Baby) + Location: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston-Salem, NC + Unit Information: The unit cares for post-partum moms & babies (couplets) + Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. What We're Looking For + Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience : 1 year of experience, preferred. 1 year of Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, reuired. + Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. + Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
