What We Offer Certified Nursing Assistant - Intermediate Critical Care Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC Department: Intermediate Critical Care Unit Schedule: Full-Time Days (7am - 7pm) Our Intermediate Critical Care Unit is a 20 bed unit that specializes in stepdown care. We serve a population that includes but in not limited to sepsis, diabetes, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with non-invasive respiratory support, stable tracheostomy tubes not requiring mechanical ventilation. What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: + One year preferred. + One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. + Licensure/Certification: + Completion of NAI program, required. + Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. + Medication Safety - AME, required. + NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. + Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
