What We Offer Position: CNA I Schedule: 7pm-7am Location: EOU, Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: + One year preferred. + One year assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. + Licensure/Certification: + Completion of NAI program, required. + Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. + Medication Safety - AME, required. + NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. + Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
