Behavioral Health; Emergency Inpatient Boarding) Nursing Float pool You’ll work across multiple teams and units while building a broad skill set without being locked into a single department. We have Night shift openings available: 12 Hour Shifts NIGHT Schedule: 6:45pm - &:15am Full-time Sign-on bonus available! $2,500 for Full-Time Roles What You'll Do It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Experience: One year preferred. Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
