Key Responsibilities: + Administer medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. + Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. + Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), as needed. + Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations and facility policies. + Support a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and team members.
