Job Summary
Per DiemThe Certified Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing high quality mammography and diagnostic procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
This position is part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
This position reports to the Supervisor, Mammography and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Radiology or equivalent certification requiredLicensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Radiologic Technologist in Mammography requiredARRT certification as a Mammography Technologist required; continuing education credits must meet State and Registry licensing requirementsCurrent CPR certification requiredTwo (2) years of diagnostic radiology experience and knowledge of all diagnostic procedures and radiographic equipment requiredAbility to perform duties and responsibilities of Radiologic Technologist (Job Code 000818) as scheduling allows required
