You have an innate ability to make instruments gleam and ensure their absolute sterility.Assembling intricate instrument sets with precision and order comes naturally to you.Operating sterilization technology and maintaining critical supplies are within your expertise.You're adept at keeping surgical teams informed and prepared.You excel in a fast-paced setting, adjusting effortlessly to evolving needs.Integrity and patient safety are at the core of everything you do.This position is represented by CHEU and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Job Requirements
Technical School: Successful completion of an accredited sterile processing program.Minimum one (1) year of experience in the Sterile Processing Department in an Acute Care facility required. Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) required. Certified Sterile Processing and Dist Tech (CSPDT) required. Cert Sterile Processing Dist Tech (CSPDT - CBSPD) required.Certified and Registered Central Service Technician (CRST) required. Where You'll Work
