We are looking for an RN dedicated to diabetes care and education, who will work with patients in the privacy of their home! + Educate on self-management of diabetes + Provide comprehensive diabetic care + Work together with an interdisciplinary team and the ordering Provider + Inservice staff on new diabetic technologies and insulin medications.
