Best of all, you'll see how your work is making an impact every day As a C7 Sandblaster, you will: + Operate sandblasting equipment, including compressors and nozzles + Prepare metal surfaces in accordance with SSPC standards + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks + Collaborate with team members and supervisors + Paint parts and equipment using various tools and techniques **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + 1-3 years of experience in sandblasting and painting on military or commercial vessels + Knowledge of paint processes and OSHA standards + Ability to wear personal protective equipment and obtain a DBIDS credential + Basic mechanical skills and attention to detailPhysical Demands: + Physically demanding work requiring strength, endurance, and ability to work in various positions and environments **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with various paint processes and equipment + Familiarity with company safety rules and OSHA standards **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $59800 - $91645 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
