Schedule Available:
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
This consistent evening schedule is ideal for candidates seeking supplemental income, additional hours, or a role that complements school, family responsibilities, or another position.

Responsibilities Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environmentProvide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community settingImplement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral AnalystProvide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisorFacilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goalsTrack client progress and program dataUnderstands and adheres to Company Policy and ProceduresObserves confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information Qualifications Must have a certified behavior technician certificateBachelor’s Degree, preferredTwo or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populationValid Driver’s LicenseReliable transportation and insuranceFlexibility with client scheduling and treatment needsStrong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times About our Line of Business SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
