Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)/Injury Prevention Specialist in Orlando, FL. This position is for a Certified Athletic Trainer required to be on-site providing injury prevention services at a major theme park

 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $22-$27/hr

 

Schedule: M-F, anywhere from a 730-10am start time, for an 8.5 hour shift

Prevention Services include:Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfortErgonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutionsDesign and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settingsProviding education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topicsOffice ergonomicsHealth and wellness consultationDocumentation and reporting on employee encountersRegular communication with both client and Select leadership Qualifications BS Degree RequiredNational Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of CertificationEligible for state licenseMinimum one year experience, industrial setting experience a plusCardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificationPosition requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
