NovaCare Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Part Time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)/Injury Prevention Specialist in Erie, PA. These positions are for Certified Athletic Trainer's or Exercise Physiologists, required to be on-site providing injury prevention services.

 

Location: Erie, PA

Type of Employment:

Schedule: Weekdays/Weekends (Hours Vary)

Compensation: Starting at $21/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities On-site coverage for industrial client under the direction of Account/Program ManagerDelivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfortErgonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutionsDesign and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretchingJob coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settingsProviding education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topicsOffice ergonomicsHealth and wellness consultationDocumentation and reporting on employee encountersRegular communication with both client and Select leadership Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degreeNational Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) certificationCPR certificationApplicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree
