Job Duties Your Role: + Focused Research: Engage in detailed studies within the cerebrovascular domain, applying your expertise to advance ongoing projects. Fellows may leverage MyCode's extensive genomic and health data resources, integrating this information into the cerebrovascular research. MyCode's access to genetic data linked with electronic health records provides valuable insights that can inform research on disease risk, treatment response, and precision medicine approaches in cerebrovascular conditions. Qualifications/Requirements: + Medical degree or doctoral degree (MD, PhD) or equivalent. + Proven track record of publications as a first or senior author. + Experience in data analysis and protocol development, including independent statistical analysis. Versatility with statistical software, such as R, SPSS, MATLAB, SAS, STATA, MedCalc, or GraphPad Prism, is essential. + Excellent communication and writing skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment. Please note that virtual fellows will not hold an official affiliation with Geisinger, and no access to electronic health records or protected health information will be provided. This opportunity serves as a valuable introduction to the program and may serve as a potential pathway toward a future cerebrovascular fellow position.
