Job Responsibilities
- 专注Ceph在海光/飞腾等平台的深度性能优化与稳定性提升，构建适配此类芯片架构的高性能存储解决方案
- 开展端到端性能调优工作，从KVM虚拟机层到Ceph存储后端的全链路性能分析与优化（包括vCPU调度、virtio-blk、网络栈、Ceph OSD等关键路径）
- 负责Ceph与RDMA技术的深度集成优化，实现低延迟、高吞吐的存储访问能力
- 持续改进Ceph在海光/飞腾等硬件平台的稳定性，解决内核级故障与性能瓶颈
- 完成Ceph与OpenStack（Nova/Cinder/Glance）的深度对接，确保存储服务与云平台的高效协同
- 构建Ceph性能监控与诊断体系，建立系统化的性能基线与调优方法论
- 编写高质量技术文档，输出海光/飞腾等平台存储优化最佳实践
Job Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上存储系统研发经验
- 精通Linux内核机制与性能调优，熟悉KVM虚拟化架构及性能优化技术
- 深入掌握Ceph存储系统架构，具备大规模Ceph集群部署、调优及故障排查实战经验
- 精通RDMA技术原理及应用，有InfiniBand/RoCE网络优化经验
- 熟悉OpenStack核心组件与Ceph集成机制，了解云平台存储服务实现原理
- 具备端到端性能分析能力，熟练使用perf、ftrace、bcc等性能分析工具链
- 精通C/C++/Python编程，具备系统级代码调优能力
- 对海光/飞腾等平台特性有基本认知，有跨平台性能优化经验者优先
