The Program The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Summer Internship Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. The full-time program is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for Master’s and MBA graduates with one-to-four years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies (ie. four years and eleven months would be considered at the SrPA level). Before this, the Estée Lauder Companies offers first-year Master’s and MBA students the opportunity to participate in the Summer Internship Program between their first and second years of their graduate program. The 10-week Summer Internship Program offers participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions, working under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive. Online Track The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online SrPA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.
