The Program The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Master’s and MBA programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.  Marketing Track The Marketing track provides SrPAs with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing SrPA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis. Sample Rotations: + North America, 360 Marketing, Clinique + Global 360 Marketing, La Mer + Global Consumer Insights, MAC Cosmetics How Does the SrPA Program Help Participants Succeed? Support From Leaders + Program and rotation managers who will provide guidance and mentorship + Immediate exposure to senior leadership + Informal and formal feedback Developmental Programs + Intensive three-week onboarding program + Regularly scheduled capability building programs + Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations + Strengths-based individual coaching throughout your time in the program Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion of the program, SrPAs are considered for Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the SrPA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.  **Qualifications** Qualifications/Requirements + Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026 with under five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies + Relevant internship or work experience + Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills + Global exposure/study abroad is a plus + Ability to relocate to New York City Work Authorization + Please note the CEO Global Presidential Program does not offer sponsorship + We require permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, for all SrPA candidates.
