Our Centurion Members have a dedicated Relationship Manager, someone who can personalise features and benefits to deliver the finest experiences. **As a Relationship Manager, you will:** + Engage deeply with Centurion Members, building strong relationships by understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations + Serve as the single point of contact for American Express, supporting requests related to the operation of the Card, from Card Servicing enquiries to queries involving other areas of the enterprise. + Curate and plan luxurious travel experiences, secure the finest dining options, and provide access to the most exclusive events + Research and stay informed about luxury trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings to deliver exceptional service + Anticipate and personalise solutions to maximise the value of Centurion Membership for each Member + Achieve key performance indicators while fostering loyalty and driving profitability **Skills and experience** To succeed in this role, you will be: + An experienced Travel Agent/Consultant with extensive knowledge of the retail travel industry + Skilled in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) (ideally Sabre) + Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences + Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in every interaction and booking + Well-articulated with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, professional, and engaging correspondence + A natural relationship builder, confident in inspiring and delighting Centurion Members + A problem-solver, resourceful and confident in finding solutions quickly + Knowledgeable about luxury products, including airlines, hotels, retail, dining, theatre, fashion, sports, and events **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
