Centurion Membership offers Card Members access to a world few will ever experience. Our Centurion Members have a dedicated Relationship Manager, someone who can personalise features and benefits to deliver the finest experiences.
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
Engage deeply with Centurion Members, building strong relationships by understanding their preferences and exceeding expectationsServe as the single point of contact for American Express, supporting requests related to the operation of the Card, from Card Servicing enquiries to queries involving other areas of the enterprise.Curate and plan luxurious travel experiences, secure the finest dining options, and provide access to the most exclusive eventsResearch and stay informed about luxury trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings to deliver exceptional serviceAnticipate and personalise solutions to maximise the value of Centurion Membership for each MemberAchieve key performance indicators while fostering loyalty and driving profitability
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you will be:
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiencesDetail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in every interaction and bookingWell-articulated with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, professional, and engaging correspondenceAn experienced Travel Agent/Consultant with extensive knowledge of the retail travel industrySkilled in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) (ideally Sabre)A natural relationship builder, confident in inspiring and delighting Centurion MembersA problem-solver, resourceful and confident in finding solutions quicklyKnowledgeable about luxury products, including airlines, hotels, retail, dining, theatre, fashion, sports, and events
