What this Opportunity involves:
A rare Centre Manager role has become available to drive a portfolio of 9 neighbourhood centres for our client with a combined NLA of circa 43,000 sqm and 147 tenants.
The position is senior within the asset management and leadership team, collaborating with the Engineering Operations Services & Finance teams, along with the Commercial team to deliver upon KPI's for the client.
The role directly oversees functions including the compilation and delivery of business plans, budgets and forecasts, exceptional reporting, retail lease compliance including all lease associated payments, debt management, retail store liaison, marketing strategy and event execution, regular & accurate client reporting and stakeholder management.
An Overview of the role:
Ensure your staff and contractors are working in proper efficient working environments, including but not limited to the adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements, proper IT systems, and efficient equipment.Prepare all relevant documentation as required, in accordance with the Leasing Policy.Ensure that all rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levy’s, tenant electricity and any other tenant recoverable are collected by the due date as specified in the lease.Ensure that you have a constant understanding of any arrears and are aggressively acting to reduce these. Ensure that your client and colleagues receive reporting as required on these.Prepare and implement the centres Business Plan, Income and Expenditure Budget and any client additional reporting required in accordance with the timeline established by the Account Director.Be fully conversant with all relevant Legislation relevant to the property. Liaise with the owner’s solicitors regarding standard documentation.Ensure that an ongoing fit out upgrade program is in place, and support is provided to the client and or the clients consultants retail design team to facilitate tenant’s fit out works.Ensure that you have regular contact with the local councils and become aware of any development applications and proposals that may affect the centres and advise both the Portfolio Team and Client of any such activity, with a proposal on how best to deal with theseSounds like you?
