What You’ll Do:

Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment Assemble surgical trays with precision and attention to detail Operate and monitor high-tech sterilization equipment Maintain inventory and prepare case carts for upcoming surgeries Collaborate with team members to ensure patient safety and surgical success

What It Takes:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays Strong focus, patience, and consistency for repetitive, detail-driven tasks Flexibility to work rotating on-call, weekend, and holiday shifts
