You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and are looking for a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally. **The Role** The Central Services, Administrative Assistant, Sales role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated through performance a thorough understanding and competence in Hyatt sales systems and the hotel/business travel industry. The position will support a group of Central Sales leaders to deliver sales services across a portfolio of participating hotels. They will be responsible for supporting group contract preparation, group detailing, rooming list management, guest billing, transient rate loading, and pulling various sales reports. This person will utilize Envision, Reserve, Opera, and other sales tools to complete these tasks. This position will involve working across different hotels and managers. They must be proficient in general computer knowledge and able to train and monitor the use of Envision. Communication and organizational skills are of utmost importance for this position. **Qualifications:** **Experience Required:** •A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment •Refined verbal and written communication skills •Strong organization skills •Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks •Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter •A minimum of 1 year of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred •Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, Microsoft Suite, Envision, Opera, and Cvent **Experience Preferred:** •Bachelor’s degree _The pay range for this position is $30.00/hour-$33.00/hour._ _The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
