Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center, we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home, provided by a network of board-certified physicians.
We're currently seeking a Central Service Supervisor to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in housekeeping in a healthcare setting or in the sterilizing, processing, assembling, or distributing of medical supplies.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Coordinate the daily operations of the department functions and assures instrument and equipment processing including; cleaning and decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution to the patient care givers.
+ Supervise employees and serves the customer as a resource to resolve problems and/or answer questions.
+ Maintains on-line inventory and material stock request in Peoplesoft system.
Position-Specific Details:
Work Location: The Central Service Supervisor position is located in the Central Service Department.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM.
Compensation: Additional Pay (received in addition to base pay for every worked):
+ Shift 2 -- $0.60/hour
+ Shift 3 -- $0.95/hour
+ Weekends -- $0.95/hour
+ Holidays -- $0.95/hour
+ Certifications -- $2/hour
