Central Route Planner

**Safety-Kleen** is seeking a **Central Route Planner** to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for routing of service personnel, fleet maintenance, and compliance and safety activities as assigned by the Central Routing Operations manager

+ Execute scheduling and routing, maximizing customer yield and asset utilization.
+ Ensure fleet is maintained to Safety-Kleen’s expectations
+ Daily communication with the Material Handlers to ensure proper inventory is loaded on trucks.
+ Handheld management.
+ Other duties as required.
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
+ 3 - 5 years previous experience with routing, scheduling, or dispatching.
+ Knowledge of DOT regulations.
+ Comfortable using computers 85% or more of each workday. Must have moderate skill sets in Outlook and Excel, experience with FleetWise software a plus.
+ Strong math skills.
+ Ability to make discretionary judgments and decisions quickly and correctly in short time frames.
+ Time management skills.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to solve problems by collecting and processing available information quickly and accurately.
+ Customer service aptitude.
+ Written and oral communication skills
