In this role you will be responsible for ALS Large and Home Shopping fleet administration; overseeing financial reconciliation, supplier engagement, and monthly fleet compliance.

You will support with improvements across fleet processes while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

Fleet Financial Oversight: Lead monthly reconciliation of ALS large fleet invoices, ensuring alignment with planned spend, and resolving financial variances in partnership with C8 stakeholders.Process & Operational Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement of Central Fleet procedures including fuel card and CCTV request workflows, aligning with strategic store conversions.Team Continuity & Coverage Planning: Coordinate pre-leave coverage plans, manage expectation-setting across teams, and deliver detailed operational handovers to maintain workflow quality.Central Fleet Operations & Data Governance: CCTV data management, fleet registration audits & O License management. Insurance Database management and updates to ensure compliance.Support the ALS Central Fleet Operations Team when required with ad-hoc requests and cover across the team in periods of annual leave.Everything you'll love
