The Central Enrollment Coordinator plays an important role in bringing PACE services to vulnerable seniors across the country by supporting our central eligibility requirement determination (Central ERD) process. Reporting to Central ERD leadership, this position is accountable for supporting the centralized enrollment decision-making process at WelbeHealth to ensure eligibility decisions are made consistently, accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner.

Drive the Central ERD process and meeting cadence to ensure timely enrollment decisions are made across assigned markets Record and track all enrollment decisions made by the Central ERD team and ensure communication of decisions to the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team (MOE) Coordinate the scheduling of pre-enrollment assessments as needed between potential participants and WelbeHealth providers Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner in required systems, including Salesforce and Excel Provide exceptional customer service to potential participants and internal stakeholders, resolving any issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalating to management as required Assist with elements of the Central ERD process as directed Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and familiesJob requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced organization with cross-functional job responsibilities (healthcare or highly related industry) Minimum of one (1) year of experience with a frail or elderly population Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams skillsWe are seeking a Central Enrollment Coordinator that ideally has experience working directly with the elderly in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
