Central Enrollment Coordinator

The Central Enrollment Coordinator plays an important role in bringing PACE services to vulnerable seniors across the country by supporting our central eligibility requirement determination (Central ERD) process. Reporting to Central ERD leadership, this position is accountable for supporting the centralized enrollment decision-making process at WelbeHealth to ensure eligibility decisions are made consistently, accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner.

\n\nHas Enterprise-level impact, not just site-by-site processing - directly influencing consistent, compliant enrollment decisions across multiple markets nationwide, unlike in traditional enrollment roles that operate within a single center or market\nDoes mission-driven work at the intersection of access, equity, and care - this role goes beyond administrative coordination and helps unlock access to PACE for our most vulnerable seniors by ensuring eligibility decisions are accurate, timely, and equitable\n\n

On the day-to-day, you will:

\n\nDrive the Central ERD process and meeting cadence to ensure timely enrollment decisions are made across assigned markets\nRecord and track all enrollment decisions made by the Central ERD team and ensure communication of decisions to the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team (MOE)\nCoordinate the scheduling of pre-enrollment assessments as needed between potential participants and WelbeHealth providers\nComplete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner in required systems, including Salesforce and Excel\nProvide exceptional customer service to potential participants and internal stakeholders, resolving any issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalating to management as required\nAssist with elements of the Central ERD process as directed\nProtect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families\n\n

Job requirements include:

\n\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced organization with cross-functional job responsibilities (healthcare or highly related industry)\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience with a frail or elderly population\nExcellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams skills\n\n

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $26.89 - $35.50 hourly + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
