Central Controls Engineer
**Job Description** **What will you do?** Responsible for the execution/develop of manufacturing controls. Work will be performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment. **Responsibilities include:** + Lead developing eTools, eBots and AI applications to promote assets performance effectiveness + Lead DLA, CHARM, and Control Rooms systems & architecture in very assembly shop + Lead among assembly shop GM Cybersecurity requirements, automation software inventories control updates, upgrades or replacement, ASMS + Ahead of inventories control: Robotic application, Vision Systems, AMR's and CoBots + Coordinate and develop compelling training Controls System Plan through the different levels of GC + Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to enable component reuse and consistency to standard methodologies + Deploy cost optimization over OEM services, spare parts and lifetime control systems + New program implementation/execution (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff) + Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement + Staying abreast of new controls technologies (PLC, HMI, networks, robot, vision) of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts + Managing deliveries to program timing milestones + Providing project report outs to senior management + Existing program/site support (troubleshooting, etc.) + Providing technical direction to less experienced controls engineers. + Designing and troubleshooting of electrical controls systems + Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology **Job Title** JR-202516774 Central Controls Engineer. **Work Appropriately** On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related. + Required experience in similar position: from 3 to 5 years. + Available to change shifts in special cases. + English Level: Advanced. + Key Skills: Experience working with PLCs from Siemens, Allen Bradley and FANUC brands (Programming and troubleshooting skills), CoBots.
