Job DescriptionIndependently handle the key areas assigned from time to time related to all Resort of Minor Resorts in MaldivesResolve the PRS in the Oracle and Materials Control PO database for each Resort as assignedFollow the Standard operating procedure of bidding and finalizing the ordersWork closely with the internal and external customers to ensure availability of products are services at all times for the smooth operation of the Resort functionsClean up the Pending POS in the system on a monthly basisUpdate and share the balance in the Customs Duty portal on a monthly basis with Finance TeamPrepare and share the pending PO Report per Resort with operations team as assigned on a monthly basisEnsure timely customs clearance of shipments by close coordinate with customs clearance agentEnsure the Advance payment register is updated and shared with Finance on a monthly basisShare the savings data in the area of work by last day of every monthParticipate in rate negotiation process as assignedParticipate in any other Cluster purchasing functions as assigned from time to timeAdhere to all purchasing policies and procedures at all timesQualifications1-2 years of experience in similar role will be considered as an advantage.Interest and motivation to learn and develop within Procurement field.Good knowledge of both written and spoken English.High attention to details, self-driven and able to identify the need for proactivity;Analytical approach towards processes and procedures;High sense of responsibility and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team;Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management;Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook Knowledge about Oracle
