**Overview** **Position:** Assistant Center Manager – Physical Therapist (Outpatient) **Location:** 8429 Tuttle Avenue, Units 234–236, Sarasota, FL 34243 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday **Compensation:** Starting at $85,000+ per year (based on experience) **Incentives:** $20,000 bonus + ongoing student loan repayment ($350/month) Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full‑time Assistant Center Manager/Center Manager‑in‑Training role. This position is ideal for a clinician with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience who is ready to grow into leadership. As a Center Manager‑in‑Training, you will treat a patient caseload while learning to support daily operations, foster a positive clinic environment, and help guide both clinical and front office teams.
