Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Center Manager
Location: NovaCare Capitol Hill (Washington, D.C.)
Compensation: Starting at $95,000
Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Washington, D.C. is actively seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead and provide outstanding patient care as an Outpatient Center Manager. This is a treating leadership role open to physical therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
Previous management experience is not required. Our Leadership Development Program will ensure your success. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote overall well-being.
Schedule: Full-time with some evenings until 6:30 PM. The last patient is scheduled one hour prior.
