**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
+ Coordinate inbound and outbound cement shipments with logistics and customers
+ Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
+ Lead and develop terminal staff through coaching and performance management
+ Ensure equipment maintenance and operational readiness
+ This isn't an office job only, will work in the plant as well
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong leadership and team coordination skills
+ Proven ability to manage logistics, maintenance and operational workflows
+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
+ Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
+ Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and tracking
+ Someone with some maintenance and supervisory skills in cement, terminal shipping, construction or transportation background could be successful in this role.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, including both indoor office and outdoor terminal environments. It may require occasional lifting, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority in all aspects of the job.
