In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. We are seeking a Systems Engineering to work ACES production programs, as part of a multi-disciplinary team to produce the next generation EW systems. In this role your responsibilities would including: + Responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of multi-disciplinary engineers. Including ability to provide critical feedback when required + Lead systems engineering efforts for technical updates to existing production programs and leveraging new programs + Develop common test methodologies across current and future production portfolio when possible **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 6 years industry experience or equivalent + Hold an Active SECRET Collateral Security Clearance + Experience working in a production/ manufacturing environment + Experience with Electronic warfare systems **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Understanding of program schedule and cost + Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools + Proven design, analysis, and communication skills + Ability to prioritize taskings across multiple programs **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
