Cell Therapy Process Development Scientist

Job Description
A large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA is seeking a Scientist to join their Cell Therapy Process Development team to support platform development and manufacturing process development for new CAR T assets. They will also spend part of their time on material generation to provide CAR T cells to other Therapeutics Discovery teams for in vivo studies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aseptic cell processing and primary cell culture in support of CAR T material generation.
• Execute small- and full-scale CAR T processing protocols.
• Run cell culture, harvest samples, and analyze data using lab-based instruments.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and contribute to in vivo study preparations.
• Collaborate across teams to support process development and scale-up for new CAR T assets.

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of process development for Cell Therapy or CAR-T manufacturing
• Primary cell culture experience
• Aseptic cell processing technique • NC200 or 250 as cell counter
• Acepodia or Xuri
• Autologous CAR T process development
• Working in cell culture bioreactors such as G-Rex null
