Join us. **Job Description** AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a CEI Project Administrator inTampa, FL **Job Details:** + Responsible for the design and planning of transportation related projects, including highway and roadway projects. + Work within the highway group on the planning and design of civil engineering projects, including local roadways, highways, interstates, freight and transit, drainage improvements, and utility relocation and protection. + Prepare reports, construction plans, and technical specifications. + Produce construction drawings for transportation projects. + Collaborate with design teams consisting of multidiscipline design engineers, technicians, and planners. + Perform roadway geometry and stormwater management calculations associated with transportation infrastructure improvement projects. + Support senior engineers in the development of environmental resource permit applications and permit research. + Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of a senior engineer. + Collect and analyze data. + Check, back-check, correct, or verify engineering plans and designs as a part of the quality assurance process as assigned by a supervising engineer. + Assist in the processing and review of shop drawings, including marking up drawings based on DOT's index or comments made by engineers. + Perform engineering design and analysis tasks in according with an agreed upon budget and schedule. + Up to 10% domestic travel required. + Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. + Full-time. **Qualifications** Employer will accept a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: 1. Sophisticated project scheduling methodologies and principles, with the ability to review Primavera P6 project schedules or Microsoft Project printouts 2. Proficiency in engineering software and design tools for transportation infrastructure projects: AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and ArcGIS 3. Construction inspection and quality assurance: knowledge of construction methods and materials testing, FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, FHWA regulations, QA/QC processes for transportation projects, asphalt and concrete pavement inspection, and structural integrity assessments 4. Traffic and transportation analysis: expertise in roadway geometric design, traffic impact analysis, and MUTCD‑compliant traffic control plans **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
