Your role:
We are  seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Project Manager to spearhead complex logistic projects, across Poland and the CEE region.You’ll be at the forefront of innovation in logistics. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our operations and delivering exceptional value to our clients. This is your chance to make a tangible impact in a vibrant, supportive environment.

What will we do together?• Lead medium to large-scale projects Lead full project lifecycles using DHL’s proven project management methodologies, ensuring successful delivery aligned with our Business Case.• Oversee planning, control, and status reporting to meet project goals within agreed timelines, budgets, and resources.• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, tailoring your messaging to ensure clarity, engagement and transparency.• Maintain project documentation to the highest standards, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.• Coordinate cross-functional international teams (IT, Human Resources, H&S, Real Estate, Automation and many others) to ensure alignment and execution success.
Who are we looking for?• You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, ideally with a background in project or change management.• Exceptional communicator, structured thinker and problem solver.• A target-oriented mindset with strong planning capabilities.• Knowledge of MS Project, Jira or other Project Management software and Power BI, Looker or similar being an advantage.• Professional project management certification, e.g., IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, or Prince2 are an advantage• A willingness to travel across the CEE region and manage multiple projects in an international setting.• A valid Group B driver’s license is required.• Fluency in Polish and English are required.
