CEE Leadership Development Manager

Join us now as a CEE Leadership Development Manager. 

The CEE Partner Office team is responsible for managing all aspects of the career lifecycle of the circa 300 equity Partners that make up the PwC CEE Partner group. This includes Partner admissions, performance management & moderation, income & capital, taxation, mobility and exits/offboarding.

As the CEE Partnership grows and matures, the services offered by the CEE Partner Office are likewise evolving. Going forward these will include a greater focus on Partner development, wellbeing, succession and retirement planning. 

With this in mind the CEE Partner Office team is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to develop and lead these new service offerings. 

What will your responsibilities be?  

Partner Development - Building a structured & targeted development offering Coaching - Extending the coaching & mentoring offering to Partners, and increasing the scope for Partners themselves to become accredited executive coaches Wellbeing - Introduction of a prevention program aimed at boosting our Partners ability to perform and contribute at their peak Wellbeing - Design (with an external service provider) a bespoke first level service offering to support any Partners facing any Wellbeing challenges Retirement - Introduction of a structured pre-retirement planning program for Partners Succession – Adding further rigor to our medium-long term succession plans, focused on identifying and addressing future gaps & opportunities 

What should you bring to the table to make us want you? 

Professional services/Partnership: Experience (at least 5 years) of working within a professional services firm, including ideally a Partnership structure would be a plus Leadership development: Experience of having worked in senior leadership development roles Multi-territory: Experience of having worked across territories Experience as Senior HRBP of at least 3 years would be a plus Relationship development: The ability to build deep and trusted relationships with senior Partners across the firm Project Management: The projects will typically be mid-long term and be multi-territory in nature, and as such strong project management skills would be required Agility & flexibility: The successful candidate will work on multiple different projects, and as such will need to demonstrate the appropriate levels of agility to switch between different projects requiring different skills. Global mindset: The successful candidate will need to work with stakeholders in all CEE territories and key points of contact in other PwC Network firms Team first approach: The CEE Partner Office is a close-knit team who works on a team first principle. The successful candidate will need to work seamlessly with the team
