This position supports day-to-day client communication, job tracking, and coordination between sales, contracts management, and finance to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction required of the MPS teamTo undertake all operational and administrative duties required to organize and carry out the responsibilities required of the MPS team. These duties include, but are not limited to:Administer and record-keeping all aspects of MPS contracts and machines in field for quick, efficient and accurate data.Initiate the MPS pricing and Finance costing sheet

Preparation of review decks for all MPS accounts for all three Ops (700+ accounts across DORGS)with the required time scale covering volume utilization, service calls, SLA KPIs, machine utilization etc.)MPS Ad-hoc Reporting – Internal & external – To deliver accurate and timely reports facilitating the sales team or the client required to manage their accounts and work on contracts renewalsLiaise with internal departments (e.g., billing, operations, IT) to facilitate client requests and troubleshoot issues.Identify gaps in our processes that benefit the organization and improve client experienceSupport Sales team with all data, reports and analysis required to manage their accounts and work on contracts renewals. Ensure services are delivered in line with the contract terms, that SLA's deliverables are met.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a client-facing or production coordination role.Experience: 2+ years in the print industry, preferably in customer service, account coordination, or production.Strong knowledge of print production processes, terminology, and timelines.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Power BI and CRM softwareStrong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
