Under close supervision, responsible for managing the commercial relationships hardware and software suppliers. Establish contract management procedures and workflow processes, incorporating best practices. Provide general guidance to managers regarding contractual terms and conditions and the approved process for the procurement of technology and services. Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions, resolve complex issues related to vendor payments, and ensure the timely renewal of maintenance agreements, and reconciliation of supplier invoices.
CDP Technical Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CDP Technical Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our customer data platform (CDP), with a specific focus on Adobe Real-Time CDP. As a key member of the Demand Generation & Marketing Automation team within Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in building unified customer profiles, enabling real-time audience segmentation, and powering personalized marketing campaigns across channels.
This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Adobe CDP, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, MarTech, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
CDP Implementation & Management
Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Adobe Real-Time CDP, including data ingestion, schema setup, and identity resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and consistent data flows from various systems into the CDP.
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with marketing platforms such as email, web personalization, paid media, and analytics tools.
Audience Management & Segmentation
Build, test, and maintain dynamic audience segments for use in marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, ads, etc.).
Partner with Demand Generation and Personalization teams to deliver real-time, personalized experiences powered by unified customer data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRM, and Web teams to ensure end-to-end activation of data-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to ensure clean data ingestion pipelines and adherence to data governance standards.
Assist in documenting technical processes and ensuring knowledge sharing across departments.
Testing, QA & Optimization
Conduct regular QA and validation of audience segments, data accuracy, and activation paths to ensure high performance and compliance.
Monitor key CDP performance metrics and support ongoing optimization efforts to improve segmentation and personalization effectiveness.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing technology, data operations, or a similar technical role in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP (or other enterprise CDP platforms) including data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
Strong understanding of customer data architecture, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and consent management principles.
Experience working with APIs, data layers, and tag management tools (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM) is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing activation platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, email platforms, personalization tools).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Adobe Analytics or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Background in B2B or B2C data-driven marketing environments.
