**Hiring Immediately!** + **Overtime Eligible** + **Earn quarterly safety bonuses up to $750** + **Paid training** + **Weekly pay!** **Nauset Disposal** is looking for a safety conscience **CDL Truck Driver** to join our GROWING team in **South Yarmouth, MA.** Drivers interested in secure, steady employment in a family atmosphere are encouraged to apply. **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 6:00am start time / 50 to 55 hours per week. Saturday's as needed. ​ **Our priority is to make sure we hire safe drivers that care about the service provided to the community. As a driver with us the minimum responsibilities are:** + Ability to safely operate a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste. Waste experience preferred, but not required. + Ability to read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher. + Performing routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. + Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading and unloading, at times with no helpers. + Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities. + Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. **What we need from you:** + Valid Class A or B CDL + Clean driving record + Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly. + Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. **What you’ll get from us:** + Competitive Compensation + 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future + Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
