**Alaska Waste** **, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a** **CDL Trainee** **to join our team in** **Seward, AK. We will train you and help you get your Class B CDL for free!** **The schedule will be** **Monday – Friday, 7:00am** **to 3:00pm.** **The pay will be** **$23.00** **per hour to start** **.** **Once you get your Class B CDL, you will get a raise to $26.00 per hour, and your schedule will change to what the schedule is for the route you choose.** **This is a labor-intensive position requiring regular heavy lifting. Must be 21 years or older to attend CDL School.** **We are looking for laborers who are interested in starting a driving career and grow, within the company.** **Responsibilities Include:** **Cleaning equipment with pressure washer** **Picking up litter** **General site cleanup** **Container Assembly** **Welding tasks could be assigned.** **Buffing, and painting dumpsters.** **Other assigned laborer duties** **Requirements:** **At least 2 years of work experience.
