CDL Garbage Truck Driver – Leesville, LA

Starting pay at $20/hr | Weekly Pay

Waste Connections is hiring CDL Drivers at our Leesville hauling site. In this role, you’ll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We’re looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do:

Operate a garbage truck on assigned routesCollect waste or recycling from local businesses or homesWork in all weather conditionsDeliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset

Schedule & Pay:

Monday - Friday, occasional SaturdaysStart time: 4:45 a.m., 10–11 hour days, 50–55 hours a week$20/hour starting pay, weekly pay

What You Need:

A Class A or B CDLAt least 1 year of CDL driving experienceA clean driving record and strong safety awarenessSolid customer service skills and a team-player mindset
