**Waste Control** , a Waste Connections Company, is looking for a **Class A Roll Off Drop Box Driver** to join the team in Longview, Washington. Previous waste experience would be a huge _plus_ ! **The Schedule will be: 4 Days on, 3 Days off, 3 Days on, 4 Days off. Every other Wednesday and every Thursday through Saturday Starting at 6:00am-5:30Pm (With Overtime Often. Average work week is 45-50 Hours)** **Rate of pay is $29.36/HR. We are also offering a $2,000 Stay-on Bonus!** **What We Offer:** + Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits. + 401K Plan, $1 for $1 match up to 5% Annual Contribution. + Paid Time Off + $2,000 Stay On Bonus! + $250 Yearly Boot Allowance + $$ Yearly Safety Bonus $$ **Duties and Responsibilities:** + In this position you will be operating a Roll off truck on a specified route to Deliver and Pickup up Drop Boxes from the local Mills. + Must be able to drive manual transmission. + Ability to read route tablet and service each customer identified on the Route Tablet or assigned by the dispatcher. + Perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. + Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading and unloading, at times with no helpers. + Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities. + Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. **Working Conditions and Physical Effort:** + Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects over 50 pounds. + Operating Truck to Deliver Roll Off Box and Pick up Roll Off Boxes. + The work environment involves some exposure to physical risks, such as moving mechanical parts, which require following basic safety precautions. + The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate. **Minimum Job Requirements:** + **Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement.
