CDI - Watch Director EMEA (F/H)
**Overview** The Watch Director serves as the crucial link between the EMEA region and the Global Fine Watches team, acting as the "voice" of our brand to EMEA and vice versa. They will spearhead the strategic and business development, as well as the growth of the watch category within EMEA. This role encompasses a 360-degree approach, ensuring alignment with market needs, activation strategies, accurate forecasts, robust business development, and impeccable brand representation to guarantee the successful execution of strategies that meet regional market demands while upholding global brand objectives. **Main functions** **Strategic Planning** : • Develop a 3-5 year strategic plan for the EMEA region, encompassing growth targets, market penetration strategies, and analysis of the competitive landscape to drive sales growth and increase market share. • Collaborate with market teams to tailor the annual plan to meet specific needs. • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and potential challenges. • Develop a comprehensive 360° activation plan aligned with the overall marketing calendar. **Product & Business Development** : • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail network (market leads, Store Directors, Watch Experts, Watch Ambassadors, CVM, etc.) through regular communication and collaborative initiatives to promote the brand's watch collection. • Drive engagement and enhance watch brand presence during Jewelry events. • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of essential product launch materials, including digital assets, presentations, and product samples. • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish strategies for managing overstock and aged inventory and implementing measures to minimize future occurrences. • Support the definition of local activation plans for new product launches • Ensure all market teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information for successful launches. **Sales and Performance** : • Serve as the primary point of contact for all watch-related initiatives in EMEA, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination across various teams and markets. • Establish challenging yet attainable sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), meticulously monitor sales performance, conduct comprehensive analyses, and present detailed reports highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement **Training & Development:** • Create, implement, and oversee a regionally tailored learning strategy focused on all watch collections, specifically catering to the developmental needs of retail staff, watch experts, and internal teams to enhance their product knowledge. • Lead & Animate the Watch Ambassador Community • Support training for all events such as Blue Books, Caravans, local events • Animate retail with regular in-store training and sales support **Required Qualifications** • +10 yrs of experience in business development and/or luxury Retail • Significant experience within watch & jewelry industry • Both strategic and commercial (retail) thinking • Team player and builder with a good communication aptitude • Entrepreunarial spirit, ability to analyze and react quickly, efficiently in an agile way • Deep knowledge of the local network specificities **Languages** • English mandatory • French would be a plus **Additional Information:** + Location: Paris 6 + Type of Contract : Permanent (CDI) \#LI-MS1 **Job Identification** : 61878 **Job Category:** : Retail **Assignment Category** : Regular Full-time **Remote Positions** : No **Professional Experience** : Minimum 10 Years Equal Opportunity Employer
