Our DNA is made up of people, passion, personality and, of course, our great product. Our store in Warsaw opened in November 2019. Located in the same building as the Europejski Hotel, it showcases the Hermès collection in about 200 square meters of sales space.

What will your daily life look like?

You will make a first impression on customers related to the Hermès image and convey simplicity and generosity at all times.

Provide excellent customer service tailored to each customer's culture and personality, and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image.

Develop sales of all products, always keeping in mind the quality and excellent service that Hermès wants to provide to its customers.

Contact current and potential customers to establish and maintain customer relationships and inform them of new products and services.

Identify and handle customer inquiries and concerns.

What will you need to be successful?

At least 3 years of customer service experience in a luxury retail or other high-end service environment

A natural passion for people and customer service

Ability to adapt to different cultures and a true sense of empathy

Team player attitude to achieve a common goal and go the extra mile

Good knowledge of our local customers

Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory, another languages is a plus
