The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) Rooms is responsible for overseeing all operations related to the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Relations. The primary objective is to ensure an exceptional guest experience while optimizing revenue and operational costs.
Your strengths:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a role of Rooms Manager / Front Office Manager / Executive Housekeeping ManagerExperience in a high-volume 4 or 5-star hotel environment is a strong wishStrong skills in budget management and financial analysis Solution-oriented mindset with the ability of making quick, effective decisions Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatoryScope of responsibility:
995 rooms, team of 103 employees Supervising all departments within the Rooms Division: Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and following up thoroughly on all accommodation-related issues Developing, managing, and analyzing the budget for all departments under your responsibility Fostering a positive and motivating work environment for team members and collaborating closely with other hotel departments (FB, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure synergy and operational efficiencyWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.
