CDD Team Lead (Refresh & Ongoing Screening)

In this role You will:

Act as line manager for the CDD Refresh & OGS teamTake ownership of the CDD Operational process specifically for the Refresh and Ongoing Screening processDrive continuous improvement and efficiency agenda to CDD processes within remitEnsure counterparty data integrity in the systems is preserved and enhanced in line with CDD policy and proceduresActively participate in the CDD practitioner and networking forumsProvide subject matter expertise to team members or wider businessAct as an advisor to E&C, Legal and bp business entity on CDD Operational mattersMaintain the consolidated Key Process Indicators for CDD process and input to Head of CDD and other collaboratorsDrive system, tools and process standardisationImplement process automationParticipate actively in FBT CDD talent management processes to develop skills and capability within the teamSupport the development of the new organisation culture within the centre to retain and attract the right talent, and encourage a high performing culture Manage the relevant partner relationships within other Services lines, and with the business teams

What You will need to be successful:

Extensive working experience in CDD and Pre-Qualification / AML, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business or related fieldSignificant experience of people management and managing medium scale operationsExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishStrong stakeholder relationship management skillsA proactive and dynamic approachAbility to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization.Engaging and collaborative way of workingResilient and experienced in working in a multi-faceted environmentDriving operational excellence across various segments and geographies
